Accessibility statement
SANTVIA is committed to making Kondensa accessible. This statement applies to the site kondensa.eu.
Establishment of this statement
- Date established: 8 October 2026.
- Standard: RGAA 4.1 (the French transposition of WCAG 2.1 level AA).
- Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SVG.
Compliance status
Kondensa (kondensa.eu) is not compliant with RGAA 4.1.
An automated, partial audit was carried out on 8 October 2026. The formal RGAA audit of the 106 criteria has not been carried out. No compliance rate is claimed: a rate computed from a partial audit would not be accurate.
Test results
Scope: the served source code of the home page, analysed automatically (python3 tools/accessibilite.py --check, SANTVIA repository). Findings:
- page language declared (RGAA 8.3): yes;
- number of level-1 headings (RGAA 9.1): 1;
- images without a text alternative (RGAA 1.1): 0;
<main>element (RGAA 9.2): absent;- skip link to the content (RGAA 12.7): absent.
Inaccessible or unverified content
- Home page structure — the page has no
<main>element (RGAA 9.2: not compliant, measured) and no skip link to the content (RGAA 12.7: not compliant, measured). - Contrast (RGAA 3.2, 3.3): not measured, in light or dark theme; translucent backgrounds and gradients make measurement non-trivial. A defect is possible.
- Keyboard navigation and focus order (RGAA 12.8, 7.3), including the theme toggle and the language selector: not verified.
- Pages other than the home page (legal notice, privacy and derived pages) and language pages: not audited. Translations have not been reviewed from an accessibility standpoint.
- Assistive technologies: no manual test (screen reader, magnification, voice control) has been carried out.
Test environment
Automated analysis of the served HTML source (repository script, replayable). No test with an assistive technology, no driven browser.
