This page describes the data processing carried out by the showcase site kondensa.eu. It does not cover the processing of your correspondence by the Kondensa software itself, which is governed by the contract specific to your deployment (installed, self-hosted or SaaS).

What this site collects

This site is static and does not drop any third-party audience-measurement cookie by default. If you write to us via the contact address, we process the data you send us (name, email, message) for the sole purpose of answering your request.

Legal basis and retention

Legal basis: legitimate interest in answering a contact request, or pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Retention: for as long as needed to process the exchange, then limited archiving for commercial proof purposes if a contract follows.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure and objection over your data. To exercise it, write to contact@santvia.eu.

Health data processed by the software

Kondensa may process health data when deployed to condense medical correspondence. SANTVIA never hosts this data itself: the health-data hosting obligation (HDS) falls on the destination chosen by the client (local workstation, own hosting). Details are provided in the contractual documentation given to each client.
